We do not hold your money

NjangiPlus is recordkeeping and coordination software only. We never hold, custody, collect, pool or transfer members' njangi/tontine money. Contributions and payouts recorded in the app are records of payments that members make directly to each other, outside the app. The only payment NjangiPlus itself receives is a group's software subscription, paid to JERRYTECH LLC.

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address and/or phone number, and city when you create an account.
Group records: group names, member lists, roles, contribution and payout records, notes and history that members enter to run their njangi.
Subscription references: when a group pays for a software plan, payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money / Orange Money. We receive a payment reference and status — never your MoMo/OM PIN.
Technical basics: device/app information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the recordkeeping service: showing your groups and ledgers to their members, keeping an audit history of record changes, sending notifications, preventing abuse, and supporting your account.

Sharing

Group records are visible only to members of that group. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking. We share data with service providers strictly to run NjangiPlus (hosting, mobile-money payment services) and when required by law.

Your choices

You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete account — deletion is immediate. See our account deletion page for exactly what is deleted and how group records are anonymised. To access or correct your data, email us at njangiplus@jerrytech.cm.

Children

NjangiPlus is for users aged 18 and over.

NjangiPlus est uniquement un logiciel de tenue de registres et de coordination. Nous ne détenons, ne gardons, ne collectons et ne transférons jamais l'argent du njangi/tontine des membres. Les cotisations et paiements enregistrés dans l'application sont des traces de paiements que les membres se font directement entre eux, en dehors de l'application. Le seul paiement que NjangiPlus reçoit directement est l'abonnement logiciel d'un groupe, payé à JERRYTECH LLC.

Nous collectons les informations de compte (nom, e-mail et/ou téléphone, ville), les registres des groupes (membres, rôles, cotisations, paiements, historique) et les références d'abonnement traitées via MTN Mobile Money / Orange Money — jamais votre code PIN. Les registres d'un groupe ne sont visibles que par ses membres. Nous ne vendons pas vos données personnelles.
