What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and/or phone number, city, and account type (buyer, individual seller, or agent/agency) when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Listings you post: titles, descriptions, prices, location, and photos you upload.
• Messages: chats you send to sellers or buyers inside the app.
• Payment references: when you buy a Featured boost, payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money / Orange Money. We receive a payment reference and status — never your MoMo/OM PIN or full wallet credentials.
• Technical basics: device/app information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: showing your listings, letting buyers and sellers contact each other, processing boosts, preventing fraud and abuse, and supporting your account. Signed-in contact sharing is a safety feature: a seller's phone number is only shown to signed-in users.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.

Sharing

Your public seller profile (name, city, account type, verified status) and your listings are visible to other users. Contact details are shared only as described above. We share data with service providers strictly to run GetAm237 (hosting, mobile-money payment services, Google for sign-in) and when required by law.

Your choices

You may browse as a guest without an account. You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete account — deletion is immediate. See our account deletion page for exactly what is deleted and what anonymised records are kept, and to delete your account from the web. Children

GetAm237 is for users aged 18 and over.
