• Order: choose a restaurant, add dishes, and check out — your food total, the 1,000 FCFA standard delivery fee and any discount are all shown before you confirm.
• Pay: MTN MoMo, Orange Money, card, or cash to the rider. Never share your MoMo/OM PIN.
• Track: Orders tab — Received → Accepted → Preparing → Picked up → Delivered. Give the rider your 4-digit delivery PIN only when the food is in your hands.
• Missing item / refund: report it in the help chat with your order number; the team follows up in-app.
• Sell or ride with us: ask in the help chat about becoming a restaurant partner or a rider.

• Commander : choisissez un restaurant, ajoutez des plats et payez — le total nourriture, les frais de livraison standard de 1 000 FCFA et toute réduction sont affichés avant de confirmer.
• Payer : MTN MoMo, Orange Money, carte, ou espèces au livreur. Ne partagez jamais votre code PIN.
• Suivre : onglet Commandes — Reçue → Acceptée → En préparation → Récupérée → Livrée. Donnez le code à 4 chiffres au livreur uniquement quand le repas est en main.
• Article manquant / remboursement : signalez-le dans le chat d'aide avec votre numéro de commande ; l'équipe fera le suivi dans l'application.
